Mat Monsters Academy offers separate kids and adult memberships as well as private lessons, customized training classes and special events.
Each membership includes all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (gi) and Submission Grappling (no-gi) classes. A gi is the traditional martial arts uniform worn during Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We have spare gi’s for trial classes. We will assist with the purchase of your gi. Submission grappling (no-gi) class attire includes shorts, spats, rash guards and t-shirts.
Adults
Adult classes includes all students that are at least 15 years old. We offer training programs 6 days a week with a mixture of gi and no-gi jiu jitsu.

Kids
Kids classes include students from age 7-14 for gi and no-gi instruction. After general instruction, coaches work in small groups to reinforce the lesson with a focus on safety and proper technique. It’s incredible to see young students progress and their self-confidence grow.
